Every journey combines curated experiences with free time. Culture does not run on a script, and that is part of the point.
Lodging
Airbnbs, villas, boutique hotels, or similar accommodations where possible. Solo travelers generally have a private room. Couples share unless booked as singles.
Select meals
Las Terrenas includes six meals total. Meals may be breakfast, lunch, or dinner depending on the itinerary.
Cultural access
Local hosts, community moments, food experiences, neighborhood stories, and destination-specific programming.
Accepted travelers reserve their place with a $750 deposit. Remaining payments follow the published schedule. Secure payment is handled through Stripe.
Flights and personal costs
Airfare, airport parking, some transfers, personal meals, alcohol, tips, optional activities, insurance, and personal purchases.

Where global storytelling meets Caribbean culture. Depending on the finalized festival schedule, the journey may include select screenings, conversations, performances, community events, and special iTravel access.

Who can travel?
Adults 21 and older. Children are not part of these journeys.
How large are the groups?
Up to 12 travelers. A journey may still move forward with a smaller accepted group.
Are rooms private?
Solo travelers generally have a private room. Couples share unless they book as singles.
Are meals included?
Some meals are included. Las Terrenas includes six meals total, which may be breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
Can dietary needs be guaranteed?
No. Reasonable needs may be accommodated when possible, but travelers should be prepared to manage some meals themselves.
Will I be filmed?
Your image or voice may appear incidentally because documentary filming is part of the experience. Interviews are optional.
Is travel insurance required?
Yes. Travelers are expected to carry medical, emergency evacuation, trip interruption, and baggage protection.
Can someone help me book flights?
Yes, through an optional independent Travel Concierge partner. Those services are separate from the iTravel package.

Payments
Deposit due after acceptance. Balance due by the published deadline. Late reminders may be sent, but places are not held indefinitely.

Weather, local conditions, safety, politics, public health, or partner availability may require itinerary changes.

Many apparel items are made to order. Sizing should be reviewed carefully. Damaged or incorrectly fulfilled items will be addressed.
