Manage and post across:

- Repurpose YouTube content for short-form platforms
- Write captions and respond to comments/messages in Gibbs’ voice
- Maintain consistent brand tone across all platforms
3. Thumbnail Creation & Visual Content
- Design high-CTR YouTube thumbnails
- Create supporting graphics for social and promotions
- Maintain consistent brand look and feel
👉 This role replaces a previous graphic designer—you must be capable here.
4. Website & Content Uploads
- Upload videos and content to the website
- Publish travel guides
- Publish experience pages
- Publish blog/cultural content
- Ensure formatting, accuracy, and quality
5. CRM & Marketing Support
Use Go High Level (GHL) for:
- Lead tracking
- Basic automation support

- Thumbnail Creation (High CTR Focus)
Work Structure
- Part-time role
- ~16 hours per week (~64 hours per month)
- Flexible schedule based on workload
- Paid monthly in advance
- Fully remote
👉 This role will grow as the company grows.
Who This Role Is For
You will do well if you:
- Take initiative without being told
- Catch mistakes before submitting work
- Care about quality and performance
- Are curious about travel, culture, and storytelling
- Want to grow with a brand long-term

Answer the following:
- Why are you a strong fit for this role?
- What would you do to help a YouTube channel reach monetization faster?
- What makes a thumbnail high CTR? (Be specific)
Step 2: Proof of Work
Provide:
- 2–3 thumbnails you created
- 1 example of a YouTube video you optimized (if available)
- Any social media accounts you have managed
Step 3: Attention Test
Include this line at the top of your application:
“I think like an owner, not an assistant.”
👉 Applications without this line will not be reviewed.

- Precision
- Initiative
If you are the type of person who sees what needs to be done and handles it—this is a long-term opportunity.
