LET'S HAVE A BALL
CONCENERGY Worldwide is a coveted, invitation-only event for a network of forward-thinking people who have ideas and experiences worth sharing. The affair is private. Invitations are extended by hand to friends of the network.
This celebratory occasion, which occurs annually on the 2nd weekend of December, has grown from a national to international event; however, the number of attendees is intentionally kept small.
The social nature of CONCENERGY Worldwide sets the atmosphere for guests to develop meaningful, life-long paraprofessional relationships. In this space, guests collectively celebrate their year-end accomplishments and acknowledge their future aspirations to one another.
On the Friday, prior to the main event, CONCENERGY guests have the opportunity to roll up their sleeves for a few hours and participate in a collaborative community service project to benefit the residents in the city where the main event is being held. Likewise the group always has opportunity to give funds to support the local non-project who helps to organize the community service project.
CONCENERGY Worldwide is the platform for guests to share and further advance their individual contributions to culture, small business, and community.

CONCENERGY Worldwide is a reception-style event with locally inspired hors d’oeuvres and plenty of room for mingling and dancing. Seating is undesignated, communal, and limited as the evening is centered around engagement with others. A cash bar is always available.

The preamble to the main event is The RED CARPET at STUDIO G, hosted by Garrett Davis. Be sure to arrive early to join other influential guests as they too walk the red carpet, pose for photos, and manage interviews. Prepare to meet, greet, and build relationships with a diverse, global network of seasoned professionals.
A HIDDEN TREASURE OF CULTURAL HERITAGE: The VILLAGE of TSEVIE, TOGO (AFRICA)
CONCENERGY guests will take a first look at the art exhibition, “A Hidden Treasure of Cultural Heritage: The Village of Tsevie, Togo.” Select artifacts, artwork, and photos will be on display during the evening. This abbreviated exhibition is curated and facilitated by Dr. Gary Miles with contributions from acclaimed photographer Chuck Ruffin. The full collection will be on display in select cities in 2025.

Attire & Masks
The theme for 2024 is “Bleu and Noir” (Blue and Black). Your attire should contain some elements of blue and black.
Your dress code will be elevated evening wear. This includes creative black tie, couture, or avant-garde-styled evening attire. CONCENERGY Worldwide is a high fashion event that favors introducing new or experimental wearable evening designs. Think Met Gala.
Your MASK MUST BE WORN AT ALL TIMES during the masquerade until the host announces the unmasking at 11:06 pm. Consider adorning a unique mask that represents your country, culture, business or personality. Your mask will become a conversation piece and will also accentuate your evening attire.
Take some time to think about both your attire and your mask. Most guests start planning their attire and mask selections about three to four months prior to the main event.

As usual, the venue is undisclosed and will remain a mystery until the host announces it about a month before the event.

When you register for CONCENERGY Worldwide 2024, you will vote on which city you would like to visit for the 2025 event. The city and state of CONCENERGY Worldwide 2025 will be announced at CONCENEGY Worldwide 2024.
HOTELS
For your convenience, here are four recommended hotels. All are within walking distance of the mystery venue.
First of all, congratulations to you for receiving an invitation to CONCENERGY Worldwide. The person who invited you thinks a lot of you.
You most likely received a paper, hand-delivered invitation. The next step is for you to purchase your ticket to secure your space within ten days of receiving your invitation. Holding on to invitations that will not be used prohibits others from using that invitation as only enough invitations are printed for the maximum expected number of attendees, and there is usually a waiting list.
You may purchase one additional ticket for a plus one when you are securing your ticket. This person does not require a paper invitation; however, your plus one must arrive with you when you present your credentials at the door. If would like to invite others, they will need their own paper invitation.
Guests should plan to arrive between the time that doors open (7:06pm) and the opening event (8:06pm). Some guest will arrive early at 6:06pm for a private, invitation only meeting. Guests must present their hand-delivered paper invitation AND their confirmed paid ticket upon entry.
Tickets are not available at the door.
INVITING OTHERS
After you secure your tickets for you (and your plus one as applicable), you may invite other guests. See additional invitation instructions below:
2. Talk through the event with your potential guest(s). Discuss the date with them to ensure they can attend
3. After your potential guest(s) verbally confirm that they will attend, hand deliver a paper invitation to them (when possible)
4. Contact the person who invited you if you need paper invitations. Additionally, you may reach out to the event organizer at contact@concnergy.com
5. We encourage your guests to complete their ticket transaction within ten days of receiving the invitation. We ask that your potential guest(s) refrain from holding on to a paper invitation without expediently completing their ticket transaction as only a limited number of invitations are printed and there is usually a waiting list of guests wanting to attend.
6. After your guest(s) secure their entry ticket, they too may invite others.
7. Once maximum event capacity is reached, no other guests will be able to register, even if they have been invited.
HOUSE RULES
This is an invitation only event. CONCENERGY Worldwide will not be advertised, nor will tickets be on sale to the public.
Invited guests are encouraged to secure their ticket(s) within 10 days of receiving their paper invitation.
Preference is to have guest invitations hand delivered instead of mailed.
Tickets are non-refundable.

FRIDAY SERVICE DAY
Thank you in advance for your support of the local non-profit organization that we are partnering with this year. 100% of the donations go straight to the cause. The gift of your time and donation are greatly appreciated.
THE CALL
Each year, on the Friday before the main event, many of our guests arrive in town early to participate in local community service.
Community service participation allows our CONCENERGY guests to have the opportunity to do the following:
Become aware of issues in the local community
Through group effort, have a profound and lasting effect on the life of someone that we’ve never met
Make friendships that may last a lifetime by working together in service to benefit others
THE CAUSE
This year, CONCENERGY, is partnering with SafeHouse Outreach (SHO). Their mission is to help restore lives experiencing extreme poverty to independent living through faith, love, and compassionate service.
Five nights a week, SafeHouse hosts “Impact Service”. Local churches, community organizations, and businesses join the SHO team to serve a meal to people living in extreme poverty in the downtown area. After the immediate need is met, SHO opens the door to those whom they serve to engage with SHO’s programs on a deeper level.
THE CHALLENGE
CONCENERGY guests have the opportunity to partner with the Safehouse Outreach in two ways:
1. Register to participate in SafeHouse’ information session, city walk, and shared table experience
Many people in Atlanta give their time and resources to those in need. But mission related education is what can tip the scale and make our giving efforts so much more meaningful.
On Friday, December 13, 2024 from 12pm until 3pm, you will participate in an in-house information and education session followed by a city walk where we will walk through downtown Atlanta and invite friends back to Safehouse for lunch!
Over lunch is where we communicate, share stories, and ideas with those who may not normally sit at our table. This proves to be a very eye-opening experience, and it aims to arm you with the tools that you need to affect real change when you go back to your own community.

The Virtual Giving Challenge is simply an easy way for everyone to donate to support the work of Safehouse Outreach, Atlanta, Ga
You’ll be able to easily give a virtual monetary donation and your friends and family can participate too.
Our goal is to raise $1000 for Safehouse Outreach. 100% of your donation will go directly to Safehouse Outreach. Your donation helps others to get though the cold, winter months and will serve specific needs of the homeless in downtown Atlanta. These needs include:
Reunifications: When we receive a guest that has family with which they can be reunited, your donation will help to purchase tickets to get our guests to their families.
MARTA bus tickets: Friends need to be able to get to appointments that are too far for their feet to take them. This could include doctor appointments, job interviews, etc.
When our friends receive jobs, they often need items like boots, tools, etc.

Congratulations, first of all for receiving an invitation to CONCENERGY. The person who invited you thinks a lot of you. If you received the paper invitation to CONCENERGY, the next step is for you to register and secure your ticket within ten days of receiving the invitation. If you cannot attend or register within 10 days, kindly return your invitation immediately to the person who invited you. After ten days, your reserved space is automatically reassigned to someone who may be on the waiting list.

After registering, your guests then have the same privileges as you regarding inviting a plus one and others with condition.
