The CONCENERGY Holiday Affair and Masquerade Ball is an invitation-only event for a growing network of forward-thinking people who have ideas and experiences worth sharing. The affair is private. Invitations are extended by hand to friends of the network.
This celebratory occasion, which occurs annually on the 2nd weekend of December, has grown from a regional to a national event; however, the number of attendees is intentionally kept small. The social nature of CONCENERGY sets the atmosphere for guests to develop meaningful, life-long paraprofessional relationships that serve as a platform for guests to further advance their individual contributions to culture, small business, and community.
Main Event: Saturday, December 9th, 2023
Note: As most guests tend to arrive in town two or three days prior to the main event, their maybe public, social activities that the host may recommend for Friday evening.

As usual, the venue is undisclosed and will remain secret until the host announces it, closer to the event. The city and state of CONCENERGY 2024 will be announce at the 2023 event.
Congratulations, first of all for receiving an invitation to CONCENERGY. The person who invited you thinks a lot of you. If you received the paper invitation to CONCENERGY, the next step is for you to register and secure your ticket within ten days of receiving the invitation. If you cannot attend or register within 10 days, kindly return your invitation immediately to the person who invited you. After ten days, your reserved space is automatically reassigned to someone who may be on the waiting list.

You may invite a plus one when registering. This person does not require a paper invitation; however, your plus one must arrive with you when you present your credentials at the door.
After you register, you may invite up to four other guests with the approval of the person who invited you. This person has the responsibility of ensuring that intended guests meet the guest list criteria. You must contact the person who invited you to also receive the paper invitations. The paper invitations should then be hand delivered by you to the extent possible. Your intended guests must register within 10 days. After registering, your guests then have the same privileges as you regarding inviting a plus one and others with condition.
Guests should plan to arrive between the time that doors open and the opening event. Guests must present their hand delivered paper invitation AND their confirmed paid ticket upon entry. Tickets are not available at the door.
The dress code is elevated evening wear or avant-garde styled evening attire. CONCENERGY is a high fashion event which favors introducing new or experimental evening wearable evening designs.Masks must be worn at all times during the event until the host announces the unmasking at 11:07pm. Your unique mask may accentuate your evening attire.
The main event is anchored by live engagements from local emerging artists. Our guests are the first to witness the latest in hair and fashion trends from regional stylists, abstracts from local visual artists, and plenty of live music.The is reception-style with locally inspired hors d’oeuvres and plenty of room for mingling and dancing. Seating is undesignated, communal, and limited as the evening is centered around engagement with others. A cash bar will be available.
